Agreement

By purchasing and using meet bell ("the App," "Licensed Application"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by HARDMODE LLC ("we," "us," "Developer"), not by Apple Inc. ("Apple"). This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and HARDMODE LLC only. Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App or its content.

What the app does

meet bell is an AI-powered tool for emotional self-reflection. It uses a language model to generate responses to your inputs. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional mental health care.

Not medical advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Responses are generated by an AI and should not be relied upon as professional guidance. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you write in the App. Your inputs are processed in real time to generate responses and are not stored on our servers. We do not claim any rights to your content.

We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Purchases and refunds

meet bell is a paid app purchased through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

Availability

We aim to keep the App available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App requires an internet connection for its AI features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility.

Product claims

You acknowledge that HARDMODE LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

Intellectual property

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, HARDMODE LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARDMODE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including your wireless data service agreement.

Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Maintenance and support

HARDMODE LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App.
